The Atom – Company was founded in 2000
Our company today represents a reliable partner in the field of cold metal forming. We
specialize in
the production of various metal structures and metal accessories, with a strong focus on
manufacturing high-quality metal furniture — chairs and tables intended for hospitality
establishments, educational institutions, and showrooms.
Our production is based on the fabrication of semi-finished products that include cutting,
bending, welding, and other metal-processing methods. These products are delivered to the
Italian and domestic markets, while, upon the client’s request, we can also supply complete
finished products tailored to the specific technical and aesthetic requirements of customers,
both abroad and at home.
The company operates a modern production complex covering 4,300 m², equipped with around 40
machines and devices for processing metal profiles, tubes, and rods.
To raise our quality standards, in 2019 we installed an automatic powder-coating line,
significantly improving the
final finish and durability of our products.
The company holds the ISO 9001:2008 certificate, confirming our commitment to a systematic
approach, continuous process improvement, and consistently high production quality.
Our plasticizing line enables high-quality protection of all metal products by
using modernly developed powder paints.
The plasticization process combines long-lasting
resistance and an aesthetically perfect finish, ideal for industrial and decorative
applications.
We use professional equipment for surface preparation, electrostatic powder coating and thermal polymerization under controlled conditions. This ensures that each product receives maximum protection and aesthetic value..
The company has at its disposal various machines for bending, cutting, drilling
and welding of metal tubes.
In addition to all above mentioned machines, the company has at its disposal various tools for bending
tubes, drilling, and piercing depending on the profile of the tube, up to Φ 40 mm and 2 mm of wall
thickness.
